1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Used, washed, or altered items
• Items without original packaging

3. Return Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Products are inspected after return
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the product is damaged or wrong, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer bears shipping costs.
